Preparation and Usage
1. Pour Nona Jelly Crystal powder and fruit acid into 2 cups of boiling water (400ml) gradually.
2. Stir while cooking. Turn off flame when boiled and keep stirring till bubbles disappear.
3. Pour into moulds.
4. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes or until set before serving.
Store in a cool and dry place.
